My Philosophy
Lifestyle changes can feel challenging, but I believe in the power of small, gradual adjustments over time. By starting with manageable changes in areas that feel easiest, we can build momentum and create sustainable habits that lead to lasting transformation.
My Story
My journey with health began over a decade ago when I discovered my love for yoga and eventually completed my 500-hour yoga certification. Through its practice, I became more attuned to my body and how to nurture it, eventually developing a deep interest in nutrition. This love for the world of health led me to pursue a certification in nutrition, where I discovered my true calling: applying all my knowledge specifically toward supporting women’s health.
I joined the Menstrual Health Institute to deepen my understanding of the nuances and complexities of the female body, earning a women’s health certification. Having spent time in the corporate world myself, I noticed a significant lack of resources addressing women’s health and well-being. This realization inspired me to bridge the gap, combining my knowledge of yoga, nutrition, and women’s health to empower women to thrive both personally and professionally.
